If you select either Expedited or Xpresspost service, your package can be tracked by simply entering the item number into our Track Package page.
Be sure to stock up! Each order is still the same cost, no matter how many items you include in your purchase. By ordering additional items in advance, you could save yourself the cost of shipping at a later date.
Every order from Sunrise Meds is typically processed either the same or next business day of the order being placed.
All products are shipped in "off-the-shelf" condition. With either Expedited or Xpresspost service, your package is insured against breakage while in transit. It is therefore, important to immediately check your package when received, and to contact Sunrise Meds within 48 hours of delivery if your order has been damaged. Your package is also insured in cases where it has not been delivered or lost. With a tracking number, a claim can be put forth to the postal service for recovery of the assigned package value.
Damaged product(s) must be mailed back to Sunrise Meds (shipping cost reimbursable to customer), whereupon Sunrise Meds will attempt to replace the product through postal insurance. However, Sunrise Meds cannot guarantee replacement of the product(s).
